Notebook Subscription

Our notebooks are created and shipped by our trusted partner, Teelaunch. Once your order is processed, Teelaunch will handle the production and shipping directly to you. You can expect your notebook to arrive within 7-10 business days from the date of shipment.

Candle Subscription

Our Serenity Candles are crafted and shipped by our esteemed partner, Printed Mint. After your order is confirmed, Printed Mint will manage the production and shipping process. Your candles should arrive within 7-10 business days from the date of shipment.

General Information

  • Shipping Times: Shipping times may vary based on your location and any potential delays from our shipping partners. We do not guarantee delivery dates, and actual delivery times may be longer.
  • Tracking Information: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
  • Potential Delays: Please note that shipping times can be delayed by factors such as holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by such events and appreciate your understanding and patience should any delays occur.
  • Incorrect Addresses: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Paper & Wax is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Paper & Wax are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
  • Damaged or Lost Items: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our service department at customerservice@paperandwax.co within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
  • No Liability for Carrier Issues: Paper & Wax is not liable for any issues that occur during shipping, including but not limited to delays, lost packages, or damage incurred during transit. These issues are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
  • Service Area: Please note that Paper & Wax currently only services customers within the United States. We do not ship to international addresses at this time.
